Don’t be scared it’s only a game. Muahahahaha

Not quite in the Halloween spirit yet? Well, we know just the cure: read one of these campy and fun Halloween quotes, and they’ll put you in the mood to embrace this holiday, fangs and all. October 31 can be traced back to an ancient Celtic festival that marked the Celts’ new year on November 1 — just one of the things that makes it so fascinating. With a longtime lore of the supernatural surrounding this day, it’s the perfect time to celebrate your love for all things spooky, and these Halloween messages can help.
From must-read horror authors like Edgar Allan Poe and Steven King to nostalgic favorites like Aggie Cromwell from “Halloweentown” and Linus from “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” — the picks on our list will get you ready for some good, old-fashioned scares.
